Koi Fish

Hi Swimmers! Nothing much happening on my side, but I have been sketching, scanning and coloring. Up top is my latest work.

Night light

Hi swimmers,

I'm still drawing, though life is getting busy. Above is a current painting I did while between breaks. My muse (of course).

My favorite gypsy...and friends

Disney girls and their mothers...

Top: Belle
Middle: Esmeralda
Bottom: Cinderella

The Fox and the Girl

Two separate pieces, from two different universes. The girl was just a warm-up in coloring and the fox was something I've been wanting to experiment with.

Wonderland Sketch Dump

Hi swimmers,

One of my favorite things to do is reinvent characters of favorite story books. I haven't drew anything on 'Alice's Adventures in Wonderland' since college and these designs just sorta popped in my head.
I think what inspired me to create this, was the scene between Alice and the Cheshire Cat, "Can you stand on your head?" in Disney's Alice in Wonderland.
It was always my favorite scene as a kid, totally hilarious to me. :) Then from there, the ideas just started to flow.

His Laugh

I hardly ever draw couples and have been meaning to start so..TADA! My muse and her love interest. I imagine in this scene that this is the first time she actually 'sees' him and starts to fall in love. It's the first time she hears him laugh.

Face Reference Page

This page has been worked on for a looong time, but I'm happy that it's finished.

Faerie Pellets

This is my main muse in one of her many adventures. The topic is a thing called 'Faerie Pellets' and she is experiencing the affect of them.

Later on I'm going to post the aftermath of whats she's eaten. The page is actually apart of a BIG project I'm working on. I'll explain more about it later on

The Fairest...

Hey swimmers,

I honestly do not know how I pulled this out of my head. Haha. I'm usually weary when it comes to Disney art. But wasn't as tedious as I thought and I like the final product. Below is the line art and above what she would look like with coloring.

Honestly I had been watching, 'Once Upon a Time' on Hulu and the idea had popped in my head. But I wanted her to be 'accruate' to the Grimm stories. SO!She is dressed to impress in 16th century Germany and she still loves that apple...

Day Nineteen: White

Good Afternoon swimmers,

Here lies Willow in one of her many adventures. I think she should be dressed warmer personally...

Day Eighteen: Black

Hi swimmers...

Looks like Willow has found herself an interesting tree. She's pretty brave to go into the jungle at night. Dangerous... Wonder whats on it?

Day Seventeen: Brown

Poor, poor Wood...so clumnsy. Haha

Day Thirteen: Orange

This reminds me of 'good times' with col-erase pencils. Orange was me favorite!

Mermaid

Hi swimmers,

This is something random that I completed yesterday. It has nothing to do with my '100 drawing' challenge. Lately, ever since I started drawing everyday I've had the urge to draw for hours(which I've been happily doing). This is one of the aftermaths of such sessions. Originally I had it for my blog page (maybe a new header?). But i'm still deciding on what to do with the background.
Hopefully today I should have time to submit Day Five! Talk with yah soon!

Potter-fied

I've been reading a bit of Harry Potter again (can't help myself)... I drew a self portrait in the 'Potter Universe' for funsies.

Lazy Owls

Hi everyone! Here's some loose sketches I had time to draw at work. For some reasons I was thinking 'Owl' today... either them sleeping, laughing yawning, ect. I think I might try to continue with this mini project, but time will tell if I will have another 'owl' inspiration.

Tell next time swimmers,

WIP

It took me a couple of days to complete her...Its Ruby. A little older and also in her final concept form. This is just half of the picture. But I'll post the other half of the 'party' soon.

Skin Test

Skin test before I fall asleep. Sort of too-much-tan-leathery-skin (Yeah, shes been outside WAY too long). Haha, but I still think it turned out very well. Normally around this time period her skin would be a powder-white, but I kinda ran with something different. I think i'll either finish or redo her...

Paper Cut Outs

This is a little side assignment I did for the Bugs lead team this week. I didn't have much time with it, but im happy how it turned out considering I had just 6 hours. These are all paper cut-outs that I pieced together. All representing three attractions.
